Like a flight data recorder, Proscape software automatically captures information from the interaction between a sales rep and physician. The data captured from the interaction updates the sales rep’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and will report all activity during a sales rep to physician interaction.

At the end of the day, the sales rep synchronizes all the information collected during each call. This information automatically flows to the data warehouse and is updated in the sales reps CRM for analysis and interpretation.
