The Proscape Support Center provides an easy and secure method of accessing technical support for Proscape software around the clock. Customers and partner users enter a Proscape-issued ID and password to access the Support Center, where they can report issues and track them to swift resolution. Via the Support Center, users can also report defects, request enhancements, access Frequently Asked Questions and system documentation, and check the status of open issues.
